I have been doing hair for 12 years and I’ve been at Grassroots for 2. Often I joke that I am finally returning after an 8 year maternity leave. My hours are part-time and I enjoy the balance my husband has helped create between work and family.
I especially enjoy my extended family that I find with my clients and it is always a fun day when I’m in the salon.
I should have known my fate we sealed when I wrote in my second grade journal that I wanted to be a mom and a “beautitian-ist” when I grew up. Luckily, both occupations suit me and I appreciate the many blessings in my life!
