WHAT IS REIKI?

When applied physically through a reputable REIKI Practitioner, it will balance the mind, body, & spirit.  It will help to rebuild muscles, nerves, bone structures, and regenerative organs of the body. All that is required is a receptive attitude from the client.  With willingness to be open to healing; an emotional , spiritual, physical, and mental cleansing occurs.

Reiki is not intended to replace medical knowledge, but to accompany and support  it.

REIKI is used to treat the whole body to achieve relaxation.  It facilitates the removal of  blockages in energy flow and the dispersal of toxins.  REIKI will restore the general condition of the body.  The energy channels are opened to allow the body to deal properly and naturally with both stress and build-up of toxins.  It will help you to cope with anxiety and depression. REIKI is also useful when you are recovering from an illness.  Reiki will provide theadditional energy required to recover.

WHAT WILL I EXPERIENCE IN A SESSION?

The treatment is done on a massage table.  The practitioner’s hands are placed gently on the client.  The client remains fully clothed except for shoes.  There is no pressure on the body.  Soft music is usually played during the treatment.  The REIKI energy first enters the practitioners body and out the hands, then to the client.  The practitioner finishes the REIKI session feeling as invigorated as the client.  An average REIKI treatments lasts one hour.
