For some reason there is an old tradition of Wisconsin’s Deer Hunters feeling the need to no longer keeping up with getting a haircut and for many of them growing a beard. It is a manly task that connects and resonates with all hunters. Unfortunately hunting ends near as the holidays are soon approaching. Giving many hunters limited time to “clean-up”. Suddenly there is a desire to look presentable for the upcoming festivities spent with family and friends.
Geoff, a Wisconsin Hunter, came to Grassroots for his “cleaning-up” experience. This was his first year of growing a full-beard. Beards are making a comeback with our 2012 Winter Men’s Style so we decided to keep the beard and modify it to fit the trends. Coming from his gruffy look, he wanted a clean-cut hairstyle, but was willing to add a little fun alterations to it. Tracey, stylist and owner of Grassroots, cut Geoff ‘s hair into a very conservative mohawk. This gave him the option to gel it up or to wear it down when business is in session. Check out Geoff’s Before and After Pictures. If your man hasn’t yet “Cleaned Up” for the holidays ahead, give Grassroots a call.
