    Pureology’s Sustainable Vision

    Pureology recently cemented its green credentials even further by forming an exclusive global partnership with Green Cross International to help foster a sustainable future, starting with the salon industry.

    Launched onto the Australian professional haircare market in May 2009, Pureology is underpinned by organic botanical ingredients and 100% vegan formulas, with an ethos that promotes integrity and sustainability.

    Established in 1993, Green Cross International is a non-government organization that unites the efforts of 31 Green Cross affiliate countries, to address the world’s most critical environmental challenges.

    Through its partnership with Green Cross International,Pureology will be reaching out to thousands of potential supporters via the services industry, leveraging a community of salon professionals and encouraging each Pureology salon to become an official member of Green Cross International.

    “Green Cross International is proud to work with Pureology and its offices around the world to reduce water wastage, raise environmental awareness and to create a safer, cleaner and more sustainable planet for all,” said Adam Koniuszewski, Green Cross International Chief Operating Officer .

    Pureology will be heavily promoting awareness and education on sustainability through its education network and an online micro-site containing valuable information.

    Preliminary sustainable initiatives include the launch of Pureology’s annual trade advertising campaign to raise awareness on water conservation.

    The partnership will allow Pureology to generate specific awareness in sustainability and water conservation practices to its salons, clients and consumers, helping to promote a greener, purer planet for all.
